Family Class
You can migrate to Canada based on your relationship with a Canadian citizen or permanent resident spouse, parent, child or other close relatives. You also fall within the Family Class if you are a line-in Caregiver for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

1. Spouses and Common Law Partners
Applicants for spouse and common law partner visa or permits must be sponsored by their Canadian citizen or permanent resident partner, and be able to show the existence of a genuine and continuing relationship. I can show you how to put the best possible application together.
2. Parents
Applicants for parent visas or permits must also be sponsored by their Canadian citizen or permanent resident child. I can explain how to make a visa and sponsorship application and the obligations on the sponsor after the grant of the visa.
3. Children
Applicants for child visas or permits must also be sponsored by their Canadian citizen or permanent resident parent(s). I can explain how to make a visa and sponsorship application and the obligations on the sponsor after the grant of the visa.
4. Other Relatives
Certain other relatives may also be eligible for permanent residence in Canada on the basis of sponsorship by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. I can explain which kinds of relatives are eligible and the requirements that must be met.
Economic Class
-Federal Skilled Workers (points test)Skilled workers in a number of selected occupations may apply for a points-tested visa known as the Federal Skilled Worker visa. I can do all of the following:a.
